It is rich in essential fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6, which protects the brain and body cells from stress, reduces heart disease risk factors. (supermarketguru.com)

Today think about sprinkling some ground flax on your favorite yogurt creation! Our flax is ground fine enough to not add too much flavor or texture, but still adds a whopping amount of nutritional benefits.
