Try this potassium-powered snack to help your body perform at it's highest:

Pistachio Yogurt
Fresh Sliced Bananas
Blackberries
Walnuts
Animal Crackers
Trail Mix
Hot Fudge



Start with a base of Pistachio yogurt, a sweet flavor that packs a whopping nutritional benefit. Pistachio yogurt is a source of Calcium to promote healthy bones, Protein to keep you fuller longer and Riboflavin to aid in digestion. Pistachio yogurt also has Potassium, which has countless health benefits including lowering blood sugar, easing muscle cramps, boosting metabolism, jumpstarting brain function, building muscle strength, and plays an important role as an electrolyte in the body. Add on some fresh banana slices for extra potassium.
